Orders & Production
Every item is printed on demand via our supplier. Nothing is pre-made or held in stock — your order is printed, packed and shipped specifically for you. This means each item is made fresh just for you.
Production (fulfilment) takes 2–5 business days on average. Our supplier fulfils 97%+ of orders within 5 business days. This is separate from shipping time and begins after your order is placed.
Orders can only be cancelled or changed before production begins. Once our supplier starts printing your item it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us as quickly as possible if you need to make a change.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery time = production time + shipping time.

UK: 3–7 business days after fulfilment
US: 3–4 business days after fulfilment
Canada: 3–5 business days after fulfilment

Express options (1–3 business days after fulfilment) may be available at checkout.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the items in your order, and your chosen shipping method. UK orders use Standard DDP meaning duties and taxes are included — no surprise charges on delivery.
We currently ship to the UK, US and Canada only. We do not ship to any other countries at this time. If you are outside these regions please check back in the future as we hope to expand.
Yes. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking availability depends on the carrier and shipping method selected.
First check with neighbours and any safe spots near your address. If still missing, contact us at shop@thekasbull.club within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so we can raise a claim with our supplier. Claims submitted after 7 days cannot be processed.
Returns & Refunds
Because every item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, wrong size selection, or buyer's remorse. Please check sizing guides carefully before ordering.
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective we will replace or refund it at no cost to you. Contact us at shop@thekasbull.club within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will raise this with our supplier and get it resolved.
Contact us at shop@thekasbull.club with your order number and a photo. Wrong items are fully covered — we will arrange a free reprint or full refund within 7 days of receiving the order.
All claims — damaged items, wrong items, lost packages — must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order (or 30 days from the estimated delivery date for lost packages). We cannot process claims made after this window.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts or refusal, we can reship to a corrected address. Additional shipping charges may apply. Contact us at shop@thekasbull.club as soon as possible if your tracking shows a return to sender.
Email shop@thekasbull.club immediately before production starts. Once an order is in production or shipped we cannot change the address. If it ships to a wrong address and is lost, we are unable to offer a free replacement as this falls outside our supplier's covered errors.
Made to order — please read before buying All products are printed specifically for you and cannot be returned for change of mind or sizing errors. Defective, damaged or incorrect items are always covered within 7 days. If in doubt about sizing please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.
